Clause Library

We are an estate planning firm and we often come up with very specific clauses that we may want to use in the future.  One idea that I have had is to create a form folder in SB and put the clauses there to pull in as needed.  Does anybody else have another idea?

I know that some like to use Quickparts in Word - but so far as I can find, there is no way to create a common place for those clauses.

Hello Del,

I am so happy to see that you brought this up!  We have talked about trying to develop a way to accomplish this in Smokeball.  Our Product team would love to hear everyone else’s feedback on this as well.

Sara -

I would think as you have a form library, maybe a “clause” library that could be used to insert the clause into the document you are drafting?

There are third party products out there I have looked at in the past - just seems to me to be redundant since we already have the form functionality.
