Changing matter type

Hello everyone,

Could someone please explain how to change the matter type once it has been created as lead?

I’m having trouble trying to change it.

Sure.

When the lead is opened, click on “Lead Type”, then this dialogue box appears, allowing you to change the lead/matter type.
