I review and approve my invoices in Chrome. After I am done reviewing my time and fees, I click “View Preview” on the right hand side. When I do that, I get a message that says “This browser does not support PDF!” I have other people in my office that use Chrome and don’t have this same issues. How do I fix this?

That has to do with a setting in Chrome.  To fix

  1. go to Chrome Settings and search PDF

 

  1. Open Site Settings
  2. Scroll down to Additional content settings and expand
  3. Find PDF documents
  4. Set to Open PDFs in Chrome
  5. You may need to restart Chrome for this to update fully.
