What are we losing (efficiency, reporting details, etc.) by not using Activity types?

It’s the standardization and efficiency for activity codes in billing

Imagine hiring someone brand new. They are the best employee you will have, but they don’t know your lingo and way you write out your invoices. They try their hardest, but don’t get it right. This solves that problem since everything is written in your voice.

Efficiency. Are you still looking at your local county’s fee sheet for filing and or recording costs. Why not make them all codes. Also, it prevents errors by a slip of the keyboard and you overcharge or undercharge a client and have to figure that out later.

The best running start. You probably bill the same way across the board. This way, you can always have that running start in your time entries and that way it’s always in your voice and your invoices stay consistent
