Note: the portal was formerly known as Communicate and you might still see/hear it referred to as such. In Smokeball, it is found under the Messages tab.

Have your clients sign up for the app* right away. Many firms create documentation, like the attached PDF, that they send to clients. (Thanks to

Set an out of office message in the client portal when you’re away to manage expectations both for internal staff and clients.
