Tech Stack and Efficiency

I have what I think is a robust tech stack. But it never seems to be enough and not everything integrates. I want to create some tech that can either integrate with most or allof the systems I have or have some discussions on what is too much and what I actually need. I know sometimes too much tech can hinder instead of help. Smokeball is my primary CRM and case manangement system, but because of the API, is understandably the trigger for a lot, but not necessarily the receiver for actions.

I practice residential and commercial real estate, probate, and estate planning. Anyone up for a conversation?

Hi Kelley,

I’m Derek, Product Partnerships Manager here at Smokeball. I’m going to email you to schedule some time to discuss. Talk soon!

Thanks,

Smokeball has an agentic connector to Claude. About a week ago Claude released Claude Co-Work. It will allow you to build skills for use in Claude that will allow you to have Co-Work go out and integrate and access many of the programs in your stack.

Co-Work for windows just came out on 2/16 and I just started using it. For example I have used it to develop a skill that runs automatically when I receive a new client inquiry from VXT in Outlook. The skill sends the potential new client an auto response with a MS Word new client intake questionnaire attached, The skill custom drafts an email relevant to the inquiry (that I approve before sending), includes a Zoom meeting link and scheduler, makes the potential client a new lead entry in Smokeball, sets up the Zoom Meeting date and time on my Outlook calendar at a time that I first confirm. Then it is set up to send a reminder email if the questionnaire is not sent back within 2 days. That skill runs automatically.

I drafted the instructions for this in about 10 minutes and then let Claude Co-Work prepare and code the Skill.

Similarly I had it develop a skill where it goes out and prepares a Daily Briefing for me every morning. I prompt Co-Work, and the skill provides me with an MS Word Doc that is set up with an exec summary of what I need to get done that day and provides me separate entries for what is on my calendar today and what are priority business and personal emails I need to respond to-ranked by tier, gives me a listing of outlook tasks outstanding, gives me a list of important Smokeball active matters updated as to aggregate monthly billings, previous days billings a list of unbilled matters and account balances, my previous days phone activity from VXT and a preview of tomorrow's activities. I run the Daily Briefing every morning when I get into the office.

The benefit is that I am not a coder, and have 0 to very limited coating experience. While I previously have been using skills for specifying how documents responses from Claude should be set up and formatted and automatically opened in MS Word, Claude Co-Work develops skills for use overwide-ranging applications. It is if you are using Claude Code as an expert coder to develop a stand-alone application to interface with numerous applications. Hence iit likely can easily be used to integrate your entire Tech Stack.

Another note, Co-Work runs on your computer and not on the Cloud-so client privacy issues are minimized, and skills can be shared inter-organizationally. You will need a paid subscription-the $20/month suposedly works-but I subscribe to a higher tier, and run v4.6.

The best place to get started is by watching  recent youtube videos.

What are your preferred software systems? I’m very interested to hear?

What is the agentic connector? And do you know if that integrates with OpenCase and other systems?

I use jubilee for bankruptcy and currently I use beyond council for a state planning, but I’m really not thrilled with it. If they brought an integration in, I would happily switch over to whatever as they brought
