I am working with Case Status b/c they integrate with Smokeball, but I am wondering how time is captured through Auto-time for messages sent through Case Status.  If the messages come through to Communicate, then I think we're covered.  But if they just go into a Memo, I don't think the time will be kept.  It might generate an entry, but probably won't record actual time of the conversation.

Anyone know if this is this correct?  Any way around it?
