I don’t understand how to find phone messages through search.  I don’t see them show up as a time matter either.  I think we are missing time on bills because of this.  Is there a way to fix this or should I not be using phone messages the way I am because I cannot seem to track them at all.

How are you tracking phone calls in Smokeball?  Do you have one of our phone integrations with Vxt, Zoom or RingCentral?  Are you just taking a memo for your phone call notes?  The Phone Message button is meant as a task to track missed calls only and is not meant to track time.


I now have this issue. I used to be able to type in the last 4 digits of a phone number in my search bar in Smokeball, and my client would come up. Sor some reason, this does not work any more. This is super disappointing.

We are aware of this change in search behavior and are looking to address it.  There is not an ETA as of now.
