Where can I access pre-made intake forms?

I have just started using smokeball's client intake forms. It looks like an awesome feature!

I was wondering whether there is anywhere I can download more pre-made intake forms? For example, forms that would ask for all of the information needed to prepare court documents.

Hi @Rees, 

You can access all the pre-made Smokeball forms under the “Intake Forms” option within the “File” section.

To view the full list of pre-made forms, use the filter option to select Smokeball. If you’d like to customise a form to better suit your needs, you can duplicate the form and edit any of the options. For more information on how to create and edit your own forms, click here.
