Rookie question - I'm putting together a precedent guarantee and I need to insert the guarantor's name in 3 spots.
If I put an ask in, the first field will work, but if I copy and paste it to the other two areas, the information doesn't pre-fill.
Any suggestions?

Copy and pasting fields should work. Maybe you are pasting text only? Try using merge formatting paste or simply inserting the fields again into your template.
