Our office is looking for the best VOIP provider to integrate with Smokeball. Can anyone share if they’ve had great success with VXT in the United States?

I’d be interested in knowing the advantages of VXT over RingCentral - especially in how things sync up with Smokeball. The RingCentral integration is pretty smooth, but they do not allow for texting from the main firm phone number - only from individual user’s extensions. I’d like to have one box that text messages come into. If that’s a thing, please let me know!

Hi Skiles,
VXT does not allow for texting from the firm number. It is strictly for phone calls. For why I like it the best of our current phone integrations, see the table below.
