Trust Account balance issue

Hello,

 

My trust isn’t balancing in Smokeball with my bank statement. My bank balance is $13,200 and the trust balance in Smokeball is $10,200. Any ideas on what I am missing?

There are many reasons why a trust account won’t reconcile. I recommend taking a look into this support article for some common reasons: https://support.smokeball.com/hc/en-au/articles/7748789140887-Why-won-t-my-trust-account-reconcile-

 

Beyond the above reasons, I was asked a similar question recently from a Smokeball user. All the transactions were recorded correctly. The only thing the user missed: the funds hadn’t been receipted. After receipting the funds the amount balanced.
