I do not see the Smokeball bar in my Outlook screen. If I send an email I see Smokeball and can profile the email. I have checked my settings and everything looks right. Any suggestions?

Did you perhaps get the new notification to try the new outlook recently? It is really good, but the smokeball add-in disappears if you select it. Hopefully Smokeball is coming up with a work around.
We are working hard to get our add-in to work with the latest version of Outlook. Good point Kira that it may be this that is causing the issue. Gold star for you! ⭐
