How do you set up/change the email subject line? For example, my emails are currently set up with the matter number populates and we would like for it to populate the case name and claim number. Is that possible?

Hello Jen,
Smokeball has the same setup for regarding lines in letters as for subject lines in emails. You can setup the default RE Line here. You can also manually override the RE line in the Info section of the matter.
