Hello - new Smokeball user.  I am trying to set up workflows for estate administration matters, and wanted to set due dates for tasks based on certain dates such as when probate was granted, date of death etc.

I can't find a way to make these critical dates so they show up in the workflow creation drop down when setting due dates for additional tasks.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Not all fields within a matter type map to critical dates for workflows. You can request that they are added from support or your rep. The US version of SB includes critical dates for the items you mentioned. There is a long list of critical dates and the terminology for those items makes sense but took some careful reading on my part to identify.

Jonathan is indeed correct!  If you have the workflow set to the correct matter type, you should see corresponding critical dates.  If we are missing a critical date you feel is important to the matter type, please submit a request here.
