RingCentral vs. Zoom Phone

I’m a long-time RingCentral user, but am considering switching to Zoom Phone.  I would appreciate hearing of anyone’s experiences with Zoom, especially those who may have already made that switch.

Hi Sally, 

Zoom and RingCentral are both excellent business communication platforms. However, if you want to communicate with clients and team members via video, Zoom is likely to be a better fit. Having said that, both companies are extremely well-rounded.

Whilst I personally have not used RingCentral, I know at Smokeball we have chosen to use Zoom as our communication platform. As they say, model yourself after the person (or company) you want to be like… 😅
