Is there a way to quickly save attachments sent to us from another firm who also uses smokeball and has sent 38 attachments via messages (previously known as communicate)
I have had to go and download each item individually and save it. It does not automatically save the documents.

Hello Esther,
You normally would just need to associate the message sent from the other firm to a matter in your Smokeball and the documents will save automatically to the matter. It seems there is an issue assigning to matters however. I am going to create a support ticket for you.
