Good morning,
I like this idea. We do not have the option currently to create a Lead or Matter from a task/phone message. I recommend that you submit a feature suggestion so that our Product team can collect and catalogue your idea.
To submit a feature suggestion you can click on the "Contact Us" button under the Support tab in Smokeball or on the support page and choose Feature Suggestion as the ticket type. Make sure to not only say what the suggested feature is “create a Lead or Matter from a task/phone message”, but how it will help solve a problem with your current process. The more details, the better.
