If our firm decides to opt in on surcharges, that only applies to credit cards.  No fee for debit cards and echecks correct.

If your firm opts in to pass on surcharges to the client, that will only occur for credit cards. Your firm will still be charged the processing fee for debit and ACH payments, but this will not get passed on to the client.
