Our office is new to Smokeball.  If we have a PI case, two clients in same accident (driver/passenger) do you all create one matter and have two plaintiffs or do you create two matters?  Since they are both clients, we are trying to figure out the best way to handle this?  Any help is appreciated.

In order for your case caption and other automated documents to pull, you will need to have both entered. 

However, if there are two separate court cases with them, they will each need to have their own matters, Ie 2023 L 00001 and 2023 L 000002. Automation will not work if you have try and have two case details.
