We use auto-numbering for when we create a new matter and sometimes Smokeball skips numbers. For example, we use the year and then a file number: 23-1891. Every now and again the auto-numbering will skip so our next matter is: 23-1893. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Karen,
Have you ran the full matter and full lead list report to verify this? Perhaps it’s a lead that didn’t convert to a matter that took the number out of the book.
Or it’s a matter that was deleted and you are filtering that one out?
