Marketplace Precedents is a new service that connects Lawyers using Smokeball with authors who have crafted specialised content and precedents. For example, Precedents Online, specialises in Commercial Law and provides a range of complex automated Shareholders Agreement (in addition to many other documents), whilst FLENA, has crafted content for family practitioners seeking to navigate the FCFCOA amalgamation and new Central Practice Direction.

 

All in all, Marketplace Precedents is adding to the available content in the Precedent Library to allow you to access the best precedents available. All of the existing content that has been created by our team at Smokeball will continue to be available in the Precedent Library at no additional cost.
