Hi Smokeball community

Are there any paralegals, secretaries, or personal assistants who have access to their solicitors emails. I am a personal assistant/admin for a law firm. I have my solicitors email added to my Outlook of which I filter emails and then move them to another folder for the solicitor to review. However, this is working for our firm except for it takes longer for the solicitor to access the email and it is associating within Smokeball twice, both from my SB user account and my solicitor’s SB user account, which in turn is affecting the billing process. Hoping someone has a fix please.
