When our firm substitutes out of a matter and there are future pending deadlines or events that were previously created, what is the best way to navigate this? I would like to close the matter and remove the future events showing up into outlook.

Hello
I suggest going to the tasks tab on the matter and left clicking once on one of the tasks. Then use Ctrl+A on the keyboard to select all tasks. Right click to delete any outstanding tasks. You can do the same thing for events. If your calendar sync is turned on, this will also remove the events from your Outlook calendar.
I also recommend putting in a feature suggestion here to have Smokeball prompt the user to see if any remaining upcoming events or incomplete tasks should be deleted if a matter’s status is set to Closed or Cancelled.
