Another firm member will be out of the office for a month. Is there a way to either set her status as “away” or have an automatic message sent to Smokeball communicate users so when they send a message they don’t think that she is just ignoring them?

I really like this idea!  It is not yet a feature.  If you have not already done so, please submit a feature suggestion here.

This sounds like a great idea. The other thing I would add is to include a setting for business hours.
