are bulk emails possible?

Is there a way to send one email to all clients? For example a newsletter or Christmas wishes etc
I want to be able to do this without going into individual matters and utilise the contact/client area if possible.

Hey AndreaP,

There certainly is! Smokeball has an integration with an Email Marketing platform for bulk communications.

We have an article here that talks about how it works and how to set it up
(I did notice that some of the screenshots need updating, I am doing to sort this out!) You can find the integration setup under the ‘Integrations’ option in the Smokeball Settings 😁
