Is it possible to delete or amend the Referrer details in a Matter?  I would like to change mine after having done a deeper dive into where the referral came from 

Hi @Wendy N,

  • Yes, you can change the Referrer details in a Matter.
  • Double-click on the Info line to open the Matter Info window.
  • In this window, you can add or change the Person Responsible, Person Assisting, Introducer, and Referrer details.
  • Update the Referrer details as needed.
