Adding a column to the Open Conveyancing Matters home screen?

Hi

Does anyone know how to add a column when in the Matters tab, Conveyancing then the Open Conveyancing Matters home page?

I’ve tried right clicking on the column titles, but I want to add “Sellers Agent” but the option for that column isn’t available to select - any ideas how to add a column that isn’t in the drop-down menu?

We don’t have an exact solution for you, but you could try using Tags to mark the matters with specific agents - please see the below support article for more information:
