Add Tasks to Calendar

Tasks and events are separate items. There is no way to create both at the same time with one button click. What you can do is ask Archie, Smokeball’s Ai assistant, to take dates from a document or an email and create a task and calendar event for you. You will still need to click on the button to approve both the task and the calendar event that Archie creates.
