Exciting news!

Yesterday we released a new global report available to all users on our desktop app: Matter - Next Tasks. To find it, use the “Select report” dropdown on the Reports tab.

This report will display all UNCOMPLETED tasks associated with matters with a due date falling within the range designated on the “Due” dropdown (All; This Week; Next Week; This Month; Next Month). 

You also have the option to group the report by several data points including Matter or Assignee. 

This is part of our expanded efforts to provide you with improved tools to manage your workflow and get more done faster! We’d love to hear your feedback on this!

Hey, Josh. I was excited to try the report.  On my Tasks tab I see two tasks that are due today.  But when I run the Next Tasks report for today, those two tasks don’t show up.  I did confirm that both tasks are associated with matters and are due today, 10/31/25.  I also logged out & back in to SB.  Same results.  Those two tasks also don’t show up on the “This Week” or “This Month” report.  Any insight as to why this would be?  

EDIT:  I added a few test tasks for November and those and all my other tasks show up just fine.  Overall, this will be a helpful report!

Hi ​@Josh Hehner - I am having the same issue as AParr above. I have tasks due today that do not show up in the report. 

When selecting “All” for the “Due,” the results do not return any overdue tasks. Is this as intended? Seeing overdue tasks would be very helpful.
