- Keyboard Shortcuts
- By using these seven shortcuts, you’ll save time switching between your mouse and keyboard. Plus, working on your laptop will be way more enjoyable.
- Quick Access Toolbar
- A customized toolbar that allows you to pin your favorite and most-used features. Always forget where Insert Footnote is? Save it to your toolbar for easy access.
- Automations
- Reduce time and errors by saving templates and popular provisions with Quick Parts. You can use this to set up signature blocks, case styles, clauses, and more.
- Find & Replace is great but doesn’t eliminate human error. Use Smokeball’s Forms and Template Library to create documents in a few clicks and also ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Clipboard
- When researching, temporarily save up to 24 cut or copied items so you can paste when you’re ready.
- Paste Options
- In addition to CTRL + V, there are three other paste options to give you flexibility with formatting.
