I was wondering what best practices people are using for putting in Legal Assistants into Smokeball. If they add them as an attorney, or as an Authorized Contact, or something else so they’re attached to a matter and easily able to email.

Hello Sandy,
Law Firms should be added as organizations so that you can easily add in all of the staff members.
you can use the edit pencil to choose which staff are active on this matter (their email will be available to choose).
