New HIPAA Attestation Form Requirements

Curious if Smokeball has set up anything re this new Hipaa attestation form.

I was about to try to upload it into our system and try do it.

Also wondering if anyone already did so and may have tips/advice.

Hi Sandy,

 

Do you have a link to the new form?  I just want to make sure we are talking about the same one.  Is it the one from the Department of Health and Human Services I have linked here?

Yep, that’s the one. I’ve already uploaded it into our system. I’m not too sure if it’s easy necessarily to automate because there will be situations when the client will sign and when the attorney will.
