With our latest updates, you can now edit, delete, and restore safe custody packets and documents—ensuring accuracy while maintaining a complete audit trail. These enhancements minimise errors, strengthen compliance, and align with legal standards like including the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015 - reg 94.

What’s new?

Edit safe custody packets and documents

• Modify packet and document details after creation.

• Add or remove contacts from an existing packet.

• Include a reason for edits to maintain a clear audit history.

Delete and restore safe custody packets and documents

• Remove incorrect packets or documents when necessary.

• Validation ensures documents in "held" status cannot be deleted.

• Restore deleted packets and documents when needed.

• Option to hide or show deleted items for better record management.

New firm reference fields

• Introduce a custom firm packet reference number.

• Use alphanumeric identifiers for better alignment with physical records.

• Display these fields in reports for easy tracking.

Improved right-click actions

• Quickly edit or delete packets and documents from the right-click menu.

• Access additional options such as "show deleted" for better visibility.
