What is it?
We've made significant updates to the user interface in our native desktop app to boost performance and enhance your experience. While these changes might require some adjustments to your workflow, they are designed to improve Smokeball’s speed and reliability, making it easier for you to access and organize information efficiently.
Here’s what’s changed:
- Contact and Matter Lists: Contact and Matter lists are now paginated, displaying 50 items at a time, instead of one long continuous list.
- No More Grouping: Grouping has been replaced with filters to refine your data faster.
- Exporting Matter Lists: Exporting a matter list is now only possible via a report.
- Connecting Related Matters: A new feature that allows you to toggle between a single client’s multiple matters easily.
- NEW: Link related matters to quickly switch context.
Why does it matter?
These changes are aimed at improving platform performance (e.g., moving to paginated lists) and making it easier for you to find, sort, and view your data, ultimately enhancing your productivity.
Who gets it?
These updates apply to all Grow and Prosper+ users of our Native Desktop App.
