Locate the Conversation: Jump into your matter and locate the conversation you would like to see a summary of in your Messages tab. Click “Summarize this conversation”

Watch the magic happen: Smokeball AI will then securely and privately review the conversation and produce a summary to help you get up to speed.

We've built the Smokeball AI integration in-house with your and your clients' privacy in mind. Unlike other off-the-shelf products, your data will never be used to train other models and cannot leak.

For Your Eyes Only

Summaries are only visible to staff who can access the messages you're summarizing. Your client won't see these summaries, allowing you to decide what to do next and how to communicate it.
