It would be great if Messages, Memos and Tasks would appear in a chronological order when looking at the history of the file. We uses all of those features, yet if it is not included in the All Files, it is impossible to see a chronological history of the file in one place. Definitely makes use of memos and messages less enticing and less easy to use. They are also not searchable and should be.
Often times a pull down menu is not alphabetized (ie running various reports) - understanding folks have different preferences, but there should always be an option for your preference to sort!
