Hello everyone!

1. My superpower would be knowing how to understand and communicate in any language (human, animal or any living creature).
2. Areas of law I specialize in are Real Estate - Transactional, Personal Injury, Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Worker’s Compensation.  Also very comfortable with Criminal, Business Law, Intellectual Property,  Real Estate Litigation,  and Civil Dispute.
3. Really @Ben how are we supposed to only pick ONE song?!?!?  I can’t even pick one genre!  I say we need to have a theme.  How about your favorite song with a number in it?  Yep, still more than one for me, but it narrows it down.  I am feeling a little Purple love this morning so I am going to go with 7 by Prince. 

    

@Sara Sultan I think you’re onto something there with the themed playlists. I really need a new focus/study playlist. 

Wow, that’s a lot of specializations. You could almost list the areas of law you’re not an expert in and get a shorter list!

1.  My superpower would be the ability to make John Lennon’s song “Imagine” a reality. I’d take Sara’s pick as a second choice--love it!
2. My background is litigation, but several years ago I transitioned into elder law and everything trusts and estates, including probates and conservatorships. My litigation background serves me well as my goal now is to keep clients away from a courtroom
3. This song choice(probably really dates me) reflects my optimism.

1. I used to say the ability to fly. Now I would probably say the ability to heal people in a flash.
2. I am pretty general here so I’ll leave it at that.
3. It just played on my AppleMusic Radio so we’ll go with Mrs. Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel

1. My superpower would definitely be to fly because what’s better than free unlimited travel with absolutely no traffic?
2. I do not specialise in anything but have an admiration for Immigration and Human Rights Law!
3. I’ve had “Feeling Good” by Michael Bublé stuck in my head for weeks now!! Also another to add is Superstition by Stevie Wonder please

   I worked in the anti-discrimination/human rights space here in Australia for a few years. But more on the policy and legislation side.

Hello everyone!  I literally just downloaded Smokeball, so I am brand spankin new. :o)

I am a sole practitioner in Franklin, Tennessee. My practice areas are primarily Family Law and Estate Administration.

If I could have any superpower, I would want a photographic memory with perfect recall.  That way, I could recall every statute, case, piece of evidence, etc. I needed to.  If not that, then I would want to be able to teleport myself and others so I could visit my family in California whenever I wanted.

   • Invisibility

   • I used to do collections for years, mainly post tenancy collections.  We had it down to a science. I loved it.

1. For a superpower, I’d go telekinesis (no more getting up to get another cup of tea).
2. I specialize in technology-related legal issues in both civil litigation and business. Meaning a lot of electronic discovery and tech agreements (software licenses, privacy policies, website policies, etc.)
