Nobody in our office can get the Save to Smokeball feature to work. It rarely works, so I have been doing the “print to Smokeball” and that always works. The problem is that it is turns it all into a PDF when I sometimes want it to be a Word document. Anyone find a solution for this?
Smokeball tech has “fixed” this problem with saving before but it always a very short term solution and back to not working in no time.

Does the “Save to Smokeball” option not show in Word or are you getting an error? If an error, what does it say. Any screenshots or more information on how it is not working is appreciated.
No error. It just doesn’t do anything. Smokeball is aware of this. I have called many times. Tech can get it to work for a moment and that it goes right back to not working.

There are a variety of issues that may impact this including the type of file that is opened on your local machine or other Add-ons that may be enabled in Word. In order for us to get to the root cause, please continue emailing support@smokeball.com to create a ticket. The next step would be getting a remote session for our development team while this is in a broken state.
