Viewing the Documents Window

There is an ability to slide the documents window to make it larger, there is a narrow range in which the slider icon appears and using a trackpad makes it difficult. Does that make sense? When I'm trying to enlarge my view of the documents I have a difficult time. Grabbing the spot that allows me to drag the document window up or down is really hard.

There is also a feature that is intended to expand the documents to a full separate window, but it doesn’t work. When I click it, the documents disappear and that section is replaced with “Show file View”, but I can’t see the documents any longer

As a follow up, ​@Funkytown and I had a quick conversation about the topics raised in this post.

 

  1. For the vertical slider to expand the document window, the issue appears to be that the margin for error is very small. You need to be pixel perfect when sliding/expanding the documents section when on the matter screen. I will work with the development team to add some buffer room to this. 
  2. As for the file explorer window pop-out issue, this seemed to have resolved itself at the time of speaking. The development team and I we will work to understand why it was buggy to begin with and to work on ways to avoid this happening again in the future.
