How are you dealing with not having the video playback feature in smokeball Prosper+? Our firm works with large video files (1GB - 10GB each) and often need to review the videos for content. Downloading a video every time you want to view it takes a lot of time and delays work. Is this only an issue for our Michigan based personal injury firm? Any work arounds?
