Trust Payment Request

I am wondering if there is a function for staff members to enter in trust payment requests and for these to then be authorised by an approved person?

I’m assuming the most straightforward way is for the requestor to create a TASK for the individual who provides the authorization.

Perhaps create a ‘category’ and name it “trust payment requests’ so you can sort by tasks should there be a need to....
