Timekeeper Entries Showing Zero

Timekeeper Rates have been set and applied to the matters but the timekeeper’s entries are showing “zero.”  What is at issue?

Hello @dschlueter 

If you are using a Billing Activity Code for your time entries, that may override the matter rate setting.  Otherwise, I would need more information as to how you are entering your time to assist.
