Hi all, 

 

Our firm has recently moved from Outlook’s calendar to Smokeball’s calendar. However, we prefer Outlook’s settings where we can see still events after they have passed. Is there an option in Smokeball’s settings to stop events from disappearing after they have passed?

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to see any of the past Events on the Smokeball Calendar tab at the left hand side of the home screen of the Smokeball Desktop App. There you should be able to view it in various ways similar to Outlook.

 

I also wanted to mention that we do actually have options to sync your Outlook calendar with Smokeball! This is a 2 way sync so whatever gets added to Smokeball will show up in your Outlook calendar and vice versa! That way you could continue to use the Outlook views.
