Have you watched any of the onboarding videos? 
I have been using it for just on 3 years and may be able to assist.

  • This is a live webinar (available monthly) in which we'll walk through everything you need to know about setting up your first Trust Reconciliation, reports that can assist with reconciling your Trust account, bulk invoicing, reports that will help you better manage your firm, and setting up Evergreen Retainers. If your firm does LEDES billing this is addressed here as well.  Questions over Zoom Q&A are encouraged!
