Hello,

 

We need signatures added to the profiles for letters and other documents when we are the person responsible on a matter. I’ve had a look at the settings and can’t seem to find a way to do this ourselves?

For most letter templates you will find that they utilize a neat feature called Document Containers.  Here is a link for US Document Containers and here is a link for AU Document Containers.  Containers allow you to make a change in one place and have it updates all precedents or templates that use it.  Great for updating letterhead or adding/changing signatures.
