In Wisconsin:

What would the Matter Type be for:

Individual At Risk Restraining Order (Individual at risk is an adult)

The Order of Protection Category shows only for Child.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Please use the Order of Protection matter type and choose to act for the Petitioner or Respondent.  Elder and Child are options for when you are representing and elder or child and they are NOT the Petitioner or Respondent.
