We’ve recently started experiencing an issue with calendar events and wanted to see if anyone else is running into the same problem.
When we update an existing event in Smokeball - specifically when the client has been added as a party - the client receives a cancellation notice, even though the event itself is not being cancelled.
At first, I thought this may have been user error or a one-off misunderstanding, but it has now happened multiple times over the past two weeks. I just ran a test myself and confirmed that simply updating the event triggered a cancellation notification to the client.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so:

Is there a workaround to prevent the cancellation notice from being sent when making updates?
Appreciate any insight—this is obviously causing some confusion on the client side.
