Any bankruptcy offices use Smokeball and Best Case together? Looking for tips on the best way to use the two together in the most efficient way possible.
I do not practice bankruptcy or use Bestcase however I have a few observations / ideas.
- You could use SB for lead management for initial contacts/contract then switch to Bestcase.
- Bestcase has a client portal with client data entry and import. Use Bestcase to generate all petitions / documents then use the print to interface to store in SB for the purpose of emailing / AI ingestion.
- Create a matter intake form to ingest matter details and claim information and input to contact cards. You can use the intake form “internally” to do this.
- Bestcase does not seem to have integrations however perhaps SB could develop an integration for it where it could work like Family Law Software with a save file in each matter.
