I’d also like to request access to the new outlook beta. Please let us know how we can start using it. Reverting to old outlook is slowly becoming feasible and undesirable. Please advise.

Any updates on the Beta version? Following up on your post stating that Beta would be available in a couple of months. Please advise, thanks.

I’m brand new to SmokeBall and was disappointed to learn that the new outlook isn’t integrated… that wasn’t discussed in my demo.  For whatever reason, my computer REFUSES to allow me to run the classic Outlook - it give me all manner of error messages and whatnot.  I don’t want to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out why.  I’d be up for beta testing the new outlook so that I can utilize SOME integration between email and SB.

I received a notice from my Classic Outlook that I would have to use the New Outlook going forward. I was able to close out the window and it appears that everything is still functioning properly, but Outlook has been pushing me toward New Outlook by automatically opening it on my PC for about 3 months. Once, it was difficult to switch back because I did not have the regular toggle icons.

Do we have any update on the Beta testing or a timeline? I know they will support Classic until 2029, but I am worried that it will either be slow, buggy, or difficult to access.

Please provide an update on Smokeball’s conversion with “New” Outlook. This seems to be taking longer than should be the case. Outlook is making another push to get users to switch to the new format.

Is there any update on this? Classic outlook is horrible. When will new outlook be available?

​@farrowa as posted above, we are still in the beta testing phase.  I have no estimate for when it will be available in general release.

they are making us transition to Outlook New also. Can you put our firm into the Beta program? Akin Law PA.
